Jordan Lichman

Jordan Lichman is a seasoned business development consultant currently with Metafoodx since November 2023. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Sodexo, where strategic development and implementation were key for a rapidly growing corporate catering facility. Lichman's extensive experience includes leading production optimization at Compass Group, managing operations at Off the Grid with a significant budget and logistical responsibilities, and serving as Director of Supply Chain at Gate Gourmet. Additionally, Lichman has held roles in culinary education as Program Director at Stratford University and as Executive Chef at UC Berkeley's International House. Lichman's educational background features an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from the University of Maryland, complemented by credentials from The Culinary Institute of America and a BA from UC Berkeley.
