Jordan Welu is a Managing Director at THL Partners since May 2025, bringing extensive experience in private equity and corporate development. Previously, as a Partner at Battery Ventures from June 2014 to April 2025, Jordan focused on growth and late-stage investments in enterprise software, leading significant investments in several portfolio companies. Prior to that, as VP of Corporate Development at Rogue Wave Software from 2007 to 2014, Jordan was responsible for the company's acquisition strategy. Earlier positions include Director of Finance at Webroot Software and a Research Associate at First Albany Capital, where Jordan covered numerous enterprise application software companies. Jordan's career began as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at SG Cowen & Co. Jordan holds a BA in American Studies from Georgetown University and studied English and Modern History at Trinity College Dublin.
