Kristen Roberts is currently the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at Thomas H. Lee Partners since October 2022. Previously, Kristen held various financial analysis roles at Ropes & Gray LLP from March 2008 to October 2022, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Supervisor. Prior to that, Kristen worked at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island as a Budget & Cost Analyst II from July 2005 to March 2008. Kristen obtained their MBA in Strategy & Business Analysis from Questrom School of Business, Boston University in 2012 and their BSBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005.
