Head of Analytics at THNDR Games

Adam Longhorn is the current Head of Analytics at THNDR Games. Prior to their current position, Adam held the role of Director of Marketing Automation and Data Analytics at Earth Class Mail from November 2021 to February 2022. There, they consulted with Tesco Poland management team on data analysis needs, aligned on priorities and set deadlines. Additionally, they managed a team of Polish analysts in the planning and execution of agreed-to advanced analytic projects. Some examples of these projects include estimating incremental sales uplifts from promotional activity, product substitutability analysis, and shopper basket segmentations.

Before their time at Earth Class Mail, Adam was the Head of Studio at Reality Games from September 2019 to November 2021. In this role, they partnered with the CEO on setting long-term strategy for the company and led the game development management team. Together, they built a product roadmap that was in-line with the company vision, player community feedback, and performance KPIs.

Between January 2012 and August 2019, Adam was the Head of Price & Promotions Strategy at dunnhumby. And before that, they were a Senior Statistician at T-Mobile from September 2008 to October 2011. Adam's very first professional role was as a Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Board from July 2006 to July 2008.

Adam Longhorn graduated with a Master of Science in Resource Economics and Applied Statistics from the University of Nevada, Reno. Adam also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Mathematics minor from the University of Nevada, Reno.
