Grzegorz Flor

Grzegorz Flor is the co-founder and CPO of THNDR Games. Grzegorz was previously the CPO / Lead Game Designer of Datastrophic Games from March 2018 to October 2021. Grzegorz also served as the Head of Gaming / Economy Minister at Reality Games from February 2017 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Project Manager / Tech Writer Lead at Huuuge Games from July 2016 to February 2017.

Grzegorz began their career in August 2008 as an ER Manager / Relation Manager at Toyota Motor Corporation, where they worked for Ten Square Games, Tequila Mobile, Handcade, The Knights of Unity, TK Games, and others. In June 2004, they became an HR Manager at Philips Lighting, where they worked until July 2008. From August 2014 to August 2016, they worked as a freelance game designer / product owner. And from March 2012 to July 2015, they served as the CEO of 9 Planet Games.

Grzegorz Flor completed a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology at Jagiellonian University.

Grzegorz Flor reports to Desiree Dickerson, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Mateusz Cybula - Chief Operations Officer, Adam Longhorn - Head of Analytics, and Rafał Gaweł - CTO.
