Jim Onderko

Jim Onderko has a diverse work experience in various roles related to engineering, quality assurance, and operations management. Jim most recently worked at Thogus Products Company, where they held the positions of Director of Engineering & Quality and Engineering & Quality Manager. Before that, they were the Director of Quality Assurance at Daniel Defense, Inc. and the Operations Manager at PolymerPlus LLC. Jim also had experience at Pilgrim Harp Company as the Director of Quality and as a Supplier Quality Engineer, as well as at Cutting Dynamics Inc as a Quality Engineer. Their areas of expertise include technical group management, quality management systems, process development and improvement, ISO certification leadership, team development, and FDA compliance, among others.

Jim Onderko completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from Cleveland State University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. In 2009, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Business Management for Engineers from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Professional Engineering Manager from the American Society of Engineering Management in May 2014.
