Scott Eschelman

Scott Eschelman is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Managing Partner at BUILD SF since June 2013, a leading real estate development firm in San Francisco, Scott also holds a position on the Board of Directors for Thoits Bros., Inc., starting in February 2022. Prior roles include Board Member for Stanford Professionals In Real Estate (SPIRE) from January 2016 to December 2021, Principal at Preferred Capital Advisors from September 2008 to July 2013, and Director at G4S from March 2005 to December 2007. Scott founded OneService International, a global logistics business acquired by G4S, and was a Manager at Nike from December 1990 to September 1995. Scott completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Stanford University in 1989.
