Melissa Jamerson

Melissa Jamerson has a diverse background in human resources and has held various roles in both the fashion and hospitality industries. Melissa most recently worked as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Thom Browne, Inc. Prior to that, they served as Director of HR Consulting at Hilton, where they were responsible for HR strategy for luxury and lifestyle brands. Melissa also has experience in the fashion industry, having worked at Louis Vuitton in roles such as Human Resources Director and Country HR Manager for Canada. Melissa began their career in human resources as an assistant at The Boston Consulting Group.

Melissa Jamerson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Missouri. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certification as a Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) Certified Practitioner from Herrmann in August 2020.
