Brendan Fox

Brendan Fox is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment and advisory roles. Currently serving as Principal at Thoma Bravo since April 2018, Brendan has progressed through multiple positions including Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Associate within the Thoma Bravo Credit Fund. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Ares Management, where Brendan focused on Direct Lending, and as a Senior Analyst at Rothschild, specializing in Debt Advisory and Restructuring. Brendan began career in finance as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Leveraged Finance, and also gained initial experience as a Summer Analyst at Capstone Partners LLC and through internships at the Spanish Red Cross and SHRC Limited. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Wake Forest University and studied at Universidad de Salamanca.
