Pete Boyes

Pete Boyes is an Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo. Pete has more than 20 years of experience in driving operational excellence and value creation at companies such as Zego (acquired by Global Payments), Soasta (acquired by Akamai Technologies), and ID Analytics (acquired by Symantec/LifeLock). Before his CFO and GM roles, he was a technology Investment Banker completing numerous M&A and Corporate Finance transactions across the technology landscape. Most recently, as the former CFO and GM of Zego (a Vista Equity-backed investment), Pete was instrumental in helping drive strategy and revenue growth both organically and through acquisitions, leading to a successful exit to Global Payments. He assumed the GM role after the acquisition and led the integration efforts of Zego into the Integrated Software division at Global Payments. Pete has BS and MBA degrees from the University of Southern California.
