Shari Huisman

Shari Huisman currently serves as Senior Director, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Thoma Bravo, a position held since February 2012, following a role as Director, Finance at the same firm. Prior to joining Thoma Bravo, Shari worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Assistant Vice President in Private Equity Fund Services from December 2009 to February 2012. Shari's career began at EY, where the role of Manager in Assurance Services was held from January 2005 to December 2009. Shari Huisman holds a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both in Accounting, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
