Thomas E. Budry

Thomas E. Budry has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as Electrical Engineering Manager and Electrical Project Manager at Thomas Built Buses since October 2011. In this role, Thomas contributes to strategic planning and manages engineering designs for product lines. Prior to this, Thomas held positions as Mechanical Engineering Manager and Project Manager at North American Bus Industries, Inc., overseeing a team of 20 engineers. Thomas's experience also includes significant roles at Chrysler LLC, including Engineering Supervisor and Program Manager, where key achievements involved leading design teams and improving product quality. Thomas's career began at Ford Motor Company and included various engineering positions at General Motors, Defiance Structural Test Services, and Chrysler, showcasing a robust background in design, development, and project management within the automotive industry. Thomas holds an MBA in Operations Management and two master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University.
