Neil Falls

Neil Falls, P.GSC, currently serves as the Health and Safety Director at Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited since April 2024. Prior to this role, Neil held positions including Safety Manager at Green Infrastructure Partners and Safety Manager at Aecon Construction Ontario East Ltd., as well as Office Manager at Aecon Group Inc. Neil has extensive experience in environmental health and safety, having worked as a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Advisor at Karson Group / Aecon and as an EHS Advisor at Aecon from 2009 to 2012. Neil began a career in the industry as a Truck and Coach Mechanic at Karson Group. Educational background includes a Certificate of Apprenticeship in Truck and Coach Technician and a degree in Hotel Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
