Alyssa Dassa

Alyssa Dassa, DBA, PCC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and academia. As the founder of Aliyabel LLC since August 2011, Alyssa has been providing services in management, entrepreneurship, strategy, and innovation. Currently serving as a Premier Fellow at BetterUp and as an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics at Thomas College, Alyssa is also engaged as an Adjunct Faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University and previously at the University of New England. Previous roles include visiting assistant teaching professor, senior marketing manager at IDEXX Laboratories, and product director at United States Surgical Corporation. Alyssa holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation, along with multiple advanced degrees from various institutions, including an MBA from New York University and a Master of Science from Drexel University.
