Justin Cromer

Justin Cromer, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR/Recruiting Team Leader for the Carolinas at Thomas Concrete, Inc., where responsibilities include sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding CDL Concrete Delivery Professionals.
