Michael Johansen

Michael Johansen is an experienced safety management professional with a robust background in overseeing safety operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Area Safety Manager at Thomas Concrete, Inc. since May 2016, Michael has previously held key safety roles at DH Pace Company, Inc. as SE Regional Safety Manager, and at DICK'S Sporting Goods as Manager of Health & Safety for distribution centers in Atlanta and Phoenix. Additional experience includes serving as Division Safety Manager for Lafarge and as a Corporate Operations Coordinator at Quikrete, where responsibilities encompassed safety direction and risk management. Michael began his career at UPS, supervising financial operations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Berry College and completed a program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
