Pam Summers has a diverse work experience in various industries. Pam started their career in 2006 as the Director of the Legal Division at Innovative Outsourcing, Inc. Pam then moved on to work as the Human Resources Manager at Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Aldridge Connors, LLP from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services until 2018. After that, they worked as the HR Strategic Programs Manager at Innovative Outsourcing, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of VP of People Operations at Thomas Eye Group, which they started in April 2019. Additionally, Pam Summers is also the Business Owner of First Comes Love Gift Company since March 2015.
Pam Summers has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Development from Georgia State University. Pam also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Southern Nazarene University.

Completing our service offering is the state-of-the-art Thomas Eye Surgery Center offering patients comfort and convenience for their surgical needs.
