Jon Grima KSJ has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the Managing Director for Europe at Thomas Franks Ltd since January 2014. Jon also held roles as European Chef/Operations Director and General Manager/Exec Chef, overseeing all aspects of operations, including food standards, financial management, staff training, and client relations. Prior to this, Jon was the Executive Chef responsible for fine dining services across two prestigious sites. Jon's experience also includes serving as Head Chef at Jurys Inn from September 2012 to January 2014 and a military career with the Royal Air Force from February 2004 to September 2012.
