Victoria F.

Victoria F. has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Victoria started their career in 2000 as an HR Manager at Thames Valley Police, where they worked until 2004. Following this, they joined Alliance Medical Ltd as the Head of HR from 2004 to 2008. In 2010, they joined Thomas Franks Ltd as an HR Manager and held this role until 2018. At Thomas Franks Ltd, Victoria F. then progressed to become the Head of HR from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are working as the Director - People & Training at Thomas Franks Ltd.

Victoria F. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Bangor University. Victoria also studied Human Resources Management and Services at Oxford Brookes University and Business Administration and Management at the University of Reading.
