Melissa "Matty" Malloy

Melissa "Matty" Malloy has worked in the construction industry since 2001. Melissa "Matty" began their career at McGough Construction as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Administrator. In 2012, they moved to the University of St. Thomas as an Administrative Assistant in University Relations. In 2013, they joined Thomas Grace Construction Inc. as a Project Manager, then a Sr. Project Manager, and finally as the Director of Operations. In their current role, they establish, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's operations division, collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals, and collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives.

Melissa "Matty" Malloy's education history includes a Construction Management degree from the University of Minnesota, obtained between 2005 and 2007, and a B.A. in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
