Sean Flynn

Sean is the Regional Director and Civil Manager for the Myrtle Beach office. He joined Thomas & Hutton in 2010, bringing along 14 years of project management experience with projects ranging in variety from small capital improvement projects to large-scale development within the coastal areas of South Carolina, specifically along the Grand Strand. A licensed Professional Engineer, Sean has worked on projects for small municipalities, large local governments, and private entities that includes project management, grantsmanship, site development, water and wastewater, stormwater drainage, transportation, hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, and construction management. Sean earned his Master’s in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources and Environmental Engineering and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina. He is involved in professional organizations including Georgetown County Water & Sewer District Board of Directors, Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors, Georgetown County Alliance for Economic Development Board of Directors, South Carolina Economic Developers Association, and Water Environment Association of South Carolina.
