Andrew Hamersen, PE, PCS, MCI, has over 20 years of experience in project engineering and management, currently serving as Project Engineer/Estimator/Quality Systems Manager at Thomas Industrial Coatings since June 2005. In this role, responsibilities encompass project bidding, management from procurement to completion, development of submittals, and review of access and containment designs. Previous positions with Thomas Industrial Coatings include Southern Regional Manager, overseeing operations on major projects in Louisiana, and Project Manager/Estimator for Heavy Civil, Industrial, and Highway projects. Prior to joining Thomas Industrial Coatings, Andrew worked with the Missouri Department of Transportation as a Field Inspector and completed a co-op at Fru Con Construction. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
