Douglas Musgrove, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Douglas is currently employed at Thomas Instrument as a Human Resources Manager, where they provide leadership and support in implementing human resource strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees. Prior to this, they worked at the Texas Army National Guard in various capacities, including as a Human Resources Director and a Senior Human Resources Manager. In these roles, they managed HR personnel management systems, provided training, and collected data on employment trends to advise higher management. Before that, Douglas worked at Oce as a Copier Technician, where they installed, maintained, and repaired copy equipment. Douglas also integrated copiers with computer technology and worked closely with sales representatives. Douglas started their career in the US Army as a Combat Engineer.

Douglas Musgrove, MBA, SHRM-SCP, pursued higher education to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. Douglas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from DeVry University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Recognizing the importance of advanced education, Douglas then enrolled at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they graduated in 2017 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. To further validate their expertise, they acquired the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in February 2021.
