Adam Carswell

Adam Carswell currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Thomas and Chair at Access Creative College, both starting in January and March 2024, respectively. Previously, Adam held the positions of CEO and Vice Chancellor, as well as CEO and Head of Institution, along with Group Finance Director at BIMM University from January 2011 to February 2023. Prior experience includes Group Finance Director at Paragon Skills from August 2008 to December 2010 and Managing Director of Professional Services at DX Network Services from August 2006 to July 2007. Adam began a career at Hays as Corporate Development Manager from 1998 to 2001. Adam earned a degree in Economics from the University of Bath between 1986 and 1990.
