Global Lead: Customer Success at Thomas

Candice Smit (Nee Seale) has a strong background in customer success and client development. Candice started their professional career at Anglo Platinum as an Intern Psychometrist in 2015. In 2017, they joined PEP as an Intern Industrial Psychologist / People Support Trainee and later transitioned to the role of Industrial Psychologist / Trainee HR Manager. Candice worked at PEP until 2023. Currently, Candice is employed at Thomas as the Global Lead for Customer Success. Prior to this, they held the positions of Global Manager for Customer Enablement and Client Development Consultant at Thomas.

Candice Smit (Nee Seale) has a diverse education history. Candice earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2023. Prior to that, in 2020, they completed a program in executive and management coaching at the University of Cape Town.

Earlier in their educational journey, Candice pursued a Master of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Stellenbosch University from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the same university, specializing in Psychology and Industrial Psychology, spanning from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they also achieved an Honors degree in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University.

Apart from their formal education, Candice has obtained advanced certifications in Microsoft Excel from GoSkills.com in 2015. Candice holds multiple certifications in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
