Gareth Jones

Gareth Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Gareth is currently the Chief Product Officer at Thomas International, where they lead product and innovation initiatives. Prior to this, Gareth was a Founding Partner at WorkTech by LAROCQUE, LLC, where they brought together start-ups, investors, and organizations in the worktech sector. Gareth has also served as an Advisor at Role Mapper Technologies, Equitas, and bobbll.app. Earlier in their career, Gareth held the position of Chief Executive at Headstart, where they focused on diversity recruiting software. Gareth also worked at The Chemistry Group, where they held roles such as Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Product and Technology Officer. Gareth's entrepreneurial experience includes being the Founder of BrubakerHR. Before that, they worked at Stopgap - Marketing, Digital & Creative Recruitment as the Head of Operations, and at Courtenay HR as the Managing Director. Throughout their career, Gareth has demonstrated a strong focus on innovation, leadership, and driving business growth.

Gareth Jones completed their Post Grad CIPD degree in Human Resources at the University of Portsmouth from 1987 to 1988.
