Jean Mackintosh has extensive experience in strategic alliances, business development, and sales management. Jean has been with Thomas International since 2002, starting as a Market Research Analyst before progressing to the role of Director Sales/Key Accounts Manager. In this position, Jean was responsible for financial oversight, team management, sales strategy development, and key account support. Jean also provided training and support to clients utilizing psychological assessments. Currently, Jean holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Business Development - North America at Thomas International, where they lead the USA Strategic Plan, manages global client relationships, and develops strategic solutions for select large accounts.

Jean Mackintosh attended Radford University - College of Business and Economics from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
