Jodie Hill

Jodie Hill is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and human resources. Currently serving as the Managing Partner and Employment/HR Solicitor at Thrive Law since March 2018, Jodie has received numerous accolades, including Managing Partner of the Year and Solicitor of the Year. Jodie also contributes as a Board Member of the Science Advisory and Innovation Board at Thomas, and as a member of the Employment Law Committee for The Law Society. Additionally, Jodie chairs the pioneering campaign This Is Me Yorkshire, which aims to combat mental health stigma through storytelling. With roles as a Fellow at the Royal Society for Public Health and a part-time law lecturer at Leeds Beckett University, Jodie is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal field. Jodie holds a Bar Vocational Course from BPP Law School and a Law LLB (Hons) from Leeds Beckett University.
