Kathleen Magner

Kathleen Magner currently serves as Vice President of Sales for Southern California at Thomas James Homes, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked at Williams Homes from April 2021 to August 2025 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where responsibilities included developing sales and marketing strategies and leading advertising initiatives. Kathleen also served as Division Sales Manager for Northern and Southern California at Williams Homes, and as Area Sales Manager at Tri Pointe Homes from December 2019 to March 2021. Earlier in Kathleen's career, positions included Vice President Brand and Sales Strategy at Weston/Mason and Director/Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Watt Companies, where efforts were focused on driving sales performance and brand visibility. Kathleen holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from California State University, Northridge and has pursued further education through edX and Landmark.
