Rana E. Simpkin

Rana E. Simpkin, CPP has over 21 years of work experience, starting in 2001. They began their career as a Payroll Supervisor at California State University-Long Beach and held this role until 2004. From 2004 to 2021, they worked at William Lyon Homes, progressing from a Supervisor Payroll to a Director Payroll position. In 2021, they joined Thomas James Homes as a Payroll Manager and later became the Director of Payroll before assuming the role of Director of Payroll & Benefits in July 2022.

Rana E. Simpkin, CPP received education in Business from California State University, Northridge during the period of 1988-1990. In September 2003, Rana obtained the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification from the American Payroll Association.
