Virginia Richards possesses extensive experience in design studio management, having worked with several prominent companies in the industry. Currently serving as the Design Studio Manager at Thomas James Homes since March 2021, Virginia previously held the same position at Brookfield Residential from November 2014 to February 2021, and at Shea Homes from August 2013 to October 2014. Virginia's career includes significant roles at Beazer Homes and Ryland Homes, where responsibilities encompassed managing multi-million dollar design centers, overseeing operations, budgets, and sales, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. Virginia began in the design field at KSL Development, developing a design center for high-end vacation homes, and has a rich history of operating design studios through VIP Interior Design Inc. Educational credentials include an Associate's Degree in Interior Design, ASID membership, an Arizona Real Estate License, and a graduate degree in Management from the Creative Center for Leadership Management.
