David Finn

David Finn serves as the Board President of the San Diego Federal Bar Foundation since January 2022 and is an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, teaching Criminal Law and Legal Writing II since June 2022. Finn has extensive experience as an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice from November 2011 to August 2024, where also held the position of National Legal Issues Coordinator. Finn earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from UC San Diego.
