Netta Burke

Netta Burke serves as Assistant Director of Academic Success and Bar Preparation and teaches full-time at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She teaches Learning Skills, Mastering the Performance Test, and Legal Writing.

After graduating from law school, Professor Burke practiced as an in-house attorney at a Fortune 500 company, where she provided litigation support for several class action suits and DOJ FIRREA investigations. Thereafter, Professor Burke served as a Medicare compliance attorney, advising some of the country’s largest insurers regarding the Medicare Secondary Payer Act.
