Allan Potter

Allan Potter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT sourcing and procurement. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of IT Sourcing at Jefferson Health since September 2025, Allan also participates in the Bonterms Procurement Committee and leads the Raleigh-Durham Chapter of the Procurement Foundry, a notable community for procurement and sourcing professionals. Previously, Allan held key sourcing roles at The Resource Group, Duke University, SAS, Lenovo, Sanmina, and IBM, contributing to strategic sourcing and supply chain management over a career spanning several decades. Allan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
