Avni Surana

Avni Surana is a seasoned digital experience designer with current expertise in UX strategy at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, focusing on improving clinical workflows and patient experiences. Previous roles include design strategy consultant at Pilot44, where product and service innovation was prioritized, and strategic designer at THE ARTISTS FORUM INC., enhancing organizational communication and outreach. Avni's design research experience at Pfizer involved in-depth analysis of brand relations and R&D operations. Additional contributions to social innovation projects with Design Caucus and various design roles at Belk and Badgley Mischka demonstrate a well-rounded background in product design, market research, and strategic partnerships.
