Megan Morris

Megan Morris currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Jefferson Health, overseeing recruitment efforts for more than 13,000 annual hires across the organization. Previously, Megan held the position of Administrator for Talent Acquisition, Attraction, and Analytics at Lehigh Valley Health Network, managing over 8,000 annual hires and advancing from the role of Director of Talent Attraction and Analytics. At The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Megan progressed through multiple roles, including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Lead Recruiter, focusing on diversity, technology integration, and strategic partnerships. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Admissions at Gwynedd Mercy University and providing administrative support at Penn State University. Megan holds an MBA in Management from La Salle University and a BA in Sociology and Business from Penn State University.
