Nhi Nguyen

Nhi Nguyen, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Finance and Business Planning at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, providing financial support for Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion operations since February 2016. Nhi's prior experience includes roles as a Business Analysis Manager, Sr. Decision Support Analyst, and Financial Data Systems Analyst focused on decision support. Nhi has also worked at Korn Ferry Hay Group as an Analyst in Reward Services, processing compensation data and conducting analysis, and completed an internship in HR Compensation and Benefits at Hay Group. Early career experience includes serving as a Resident Assistant at Ohio Wesleyan University and a Marketing Intern at Vietnam Television Corporation. Nhi holds an MBA from Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University, along with various international academic experiences.
