Taylor Lescallette

Taylor Lescallette currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Advancement Administration at Jefferson Health, overseeing areas such as budget management, strategic planning, personnel matters, and office operations since February 2019. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Advancement Services and interim Director of Gift Administration, where Taylor played a pivotal role in managing talent and implementing remote gift processing during the COVID-19 shutdown. Prior positions at the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation and the Smithsonian Institution included responsibilities in annual giving, prospect management, and research support. Taylor holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics at the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
