Alison L. Hong

Alison L. Hong serves as the Assistant Director of Operational Excellence and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Thomas Jefferson University since March 2024. Previously, Alison held the position of National Director of Field Medical Affairs at Bayer from 2021 until June 2024, focusing on facilitating access to Kerendia for patients with chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes. Prior to that, from January 2018 to December 2020, Alison was the Chief Quality Officer and Vice President at Trinity Health, where a centralized quality department was established, overseeing various aspects of risk management and patient safety. Alison's career also includes a role as Senior Director of Quality and Patient Safety at the Connecticut Hospital Association from 2008 to 2018, leading efforts to enhance healthcare quality through statewide collaborations. Alison L. Hong holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Long Island University, Southampton Campus, and Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago UTESA.
