Danielle Duffy currently serves as the Executive Medical Director of Global Clinical Development at Amgen since October 2024. Duffy has extensive experience in academia and industry, holding positions as an Associate Professor of Medicine and previously as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University since September 2009. Prior to Amgen, Duffy worked at CSL Behring from June 2015 to October 2024, where roles included Executive Director of Clinical Research and Development and Senior Director of Clinical Research and Development specializing in Cardiovascular and Metabolism. Duffy began a cardiology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals from 2006 to 2009 and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine from 2002 to 2006. Duffy earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Swarthmore College in 1998.
