KT Ferrera has over 15 years of experience in web development, creative services, and marketing. They have most recently worked as the Associate Director of Web Applications & Services at Thomas Jefferson University, where they managed the development of web application systems, established policies and procedures, and produced web designs. Prior to that, they were the Director of Creative Services/Technical Development at Reflective Learning, overseeing online product development and managing customer service. They also have experience as a Web Manager, Producer and Promoter at UpcomingEvents.com, a Marketing Manager at Innovation Philadelphia, and a Project Coordinator at Merck. Additionally, they served as the Creative Director at Strategic Technologies Systems for almost a decade.

KT Ferrera earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Arts Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in the years 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Creativity & Innovation from Drexel University, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016.
