Patricia Rice Baldridge, MBA has over 30 years of experience in marketing and communications roles. Patricia started their career at Fox Chase Cancer Center as an Assistant Director for Public Affairs, where they managed media relations and special events. Patricia then moved on to MCP and Hahnemann University and Health System, where they served as the Regional Vice President for Communications, leading a full-service marketing communications department. After that, they joined Philadelphia University as the Vice President for Marketing and Communications, responsible for brand development, digital marketing, public relations, and community relations. In 2017, they became the Senior Vice President for Marketing and Communications at Thomas Jefferson University, leading the development and implementation of the university's brand. In 2023, they took on the role of Interim Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Thomas Jefferson University, Jefferson Health, and Jefferson Health Plans. Throughout their career, Patricia has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and integrated communications.

Patricia Rice Baldridge earned a Strategic Design Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Thomas Jefferson University between 2013 and 2015, with a focus on the processes of design thinking and systems thinking for complex problem-solving. Patricia also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel and Labor Relations from La Salle University. In addition, Patricia obtained a post-graduate certificate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Institute for Education Management. Patricia has completed coursework in Communications at Penn State University.
