John Cooke

John Cooke is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in end-user support, hardware maintenance, and project leadership. Currently serving as an IT Support Associate at Thomas, Judy & Tucker, P. A., since March 2021, John previously held consulting and contracting roles at HCL Technologies and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). At GSK, John was instrumental in providing worldwide maintenance and support for the global workstation image and data backup solution, as well as offering extensive Level 2 and Level 3 support. John’s prior experience includes key roles at CompuCom and Siemens IT Solutions, where responsibilities included hardware support, project leadership for company acquisitions, and ensuring system integration across multiple locations. John holds a BSBE in Information Technologies from East Carolina University, earned between 1997 and 2007.
