Michael Farrell

Vice President Operations-education at Thomas Management Corporation

Michael Farrell has extensive experience in the food industry, primarily in operations and management roles. Michael recently joined Thomas Cuisine as the Vice President of Operations-Education in March 2022. Before that, they worked at Compass Group/Culinart for over 26 years, starting in January 1995 as the Regional Director of Operations. Michael remained in this position until joining Thomas Cuisine.

Michael Farrell obtained an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. In addition, they hold a Serve Safe Certification from the California Department of Public Health, which they obtained in February 2021.
