Michael Greenwood is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in maritime and insurance law. Currently serves as General Counsel and Legal and Claims Director at Thomas Miller for the Hellenic War Risks and UK War Risks since July 2013, also holds the position of General Counsel at the Hellenic War Risks Association (Bermuda) Limited and UK War Risks since April 2017. Prior roles include Claims and Legal Manager and Senior Claims Executive within the same organization, as well as Solicitor at Bentleys, Stokes and Lowless, and Trainee Solicitor at Norton Rose. Michael's early career included an internship as a Researcher with the United States Senate. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford, a CPE/Graduate Diploma in Law from Oxford Brookes University, and a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School.
