Julian Rios

Julian Rios has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2018, they began their career as a Customer Service Trainee at Belcorp, where they developed dashboards and KPIs to improve control over the area's performance and led customer service campaigns. Julian also automated reports using Excel, Access, and VBA.

In 2021, Julian joined FletX as an Operations Specialist, deploying software projects valued at USD 1M and implementing Scrum methodology for project management. Julian then transitioned to the role of Trainee COO, leading project management and schedule implementation with Click Up, identifying opportunities for improvement in time management and communication, and overseeing development, finances, and design.

In 2022, Julian joined Leal as a Product Analyst and Special Projects Analyst, where they gained experience in analyzing products and managing special projects. Later that year, they became the Head of Product at Glya, responsible for leading product development and strategy.

Currently, Julian is working as a Junior Quantitative Analyst at Thomas Murray, starting in March 2023.

Julian Rios has a strong educational background in economics and engineering. Julian obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes in 2021, after completing a six-year program. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, starting in 2015 and graduating in 2020.

Building upon their undergraduate studies, Julian pursued a Master's degree in Economics at Universidad de Los Andes, commencing in 2021 and expected to conclude in 2022. This program allowed him to deepen their knowledge and expertise in the field of economics.
