Alexander Taylor is a seasoned professional in community impact and economic development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Consultant for TPMA since April 2024, Alexander previously managed community and economic development programs at the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs from November 2021 to March 2024, overseeing the STELLAR Communities Program and facilitating federal funding allocation. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, where Alexander held multiple positions related to the Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance Program, including Recertification Manager and Intake Staff and Review Manager, leading teams and managing substantial budgets to assist residents in need. Alexander also has experience in grant management and refugee placement, complemented by a strong educational background with dual Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Political Science and a Master's degree in International Studies from the University of Denver.
