Mercedes Rodriguez

Mercedes Rodriguez has extensive work experience in various roles within the HR field. Mercedes is currently working as the Head of HR for the UK & Ireland at THOMAS SABO since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as an HR Advisor for the same company from March 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining THOMAS SABO, Mercedes worked at HEMA from 2014 to 2020, holding multiple positions. Mercedes was the HR Manager for the UK from November 2017 to January 2020. Previously, they worked as the Retail Support Manager for the UK & Spain/International Operations from March 2017 to November 2017. From September 2016 to March 2017, they served as the Training Manager & Opening Coordinator, and from March 2014 to September 2016, they were a Store Manager.

Mercedes also gained experience as a Store Manager & Training Support at various companies from January 2004 to March 2014.

Additionally, Mercedes worked as a Self-employed Life Coach from 2011 to 2014.

Mercedes Rodriguez has a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Development from CIPD Qualifications. Mercedes also has a Team Leadership in Business NVQ from Hawk Training. In addition, Mercedes has a Life Coaching Professional Diploma in Psychology from Oxford College.

Mercedes has obtained several additional certifications. Mercedes completed the Everymind Champion Course from Everymind at Work in May 2021. In November 2020, they obtained certifications in Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and Human Resources: Understanding HR Systems Features and Benefits, all from LinkedIn.
