Kathy Montazemi

Kathy Montazemi, MBA, currently serves as Regional Supervisor at Thomas Safran & Associates, overseeing operations for a diverse portfolio of nine residential properties in Southern California. With extensive experience in asset management, Kathy previously held the position of Sr. Director of Asset Management at Venice Community Housing Corporation and Regional Property Supervisor at Thomas Safran & Associates. Additionally, Kathy has served as Area Director of Operations at Mercy Housing. Key achievements include increasing net operating income by over 15% within a year, maintaining over 98% occupancy across properties, and ensuring effective cost control during major capital projects.
