Joelle Bell-Falcon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joelle began their career as a Manager at Godiva Chocolatier in 2012, where they provided customer service and supervised sales activities.

In 2016, Joelle worked as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Support Assistant at Virgin Holidays, where they communicated with foreign guests and ensured their satisfaction. Joelle also worked as a Data Entry Specialist and Convention Project Assistant at Global Experience Specialists & ProShow, where they handled ticketing and solved issues related to missing items.

From 2017 to 2018, Joelle worked as a Remote Guest Relations Specialist at Ruby Tuesday through Apple One Temporary Employment. Joelle provided timely and courteous assistance to guests and handled gift card distribution.
